No reflective at all!

I would not pay for the upgrade because it is not reflective at all. Waste of money!

Hello, I believe the problem may be that you’re confusing reflective with photo luminescent. Reflective lights up when you need it as car headlights reflect off of it (like a STOP 🛑 sign) So, it’s bright when needed, but not visually intrusive when no light is on it. Photo luminescent is when it’s lit all the time such as those green stars you see on interior ceilings in kids rooms. Try taking a photo of it with the flash on or shine your car headlights on it.
