At USA Curb, every product is custom-made to your specifications. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns unless the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or there was an error on our part.
Returns for Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:
• Defective or has a manufacturing issue
• Damaged during shipping
• Incorrect due to our error
Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to request a return or replacement.

• Clear photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item
2. Our team will review your request and provide next steps.
3. If approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Because each product is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders due to customer input
• Slight variations in color, size, or texture, as these are natural in custom production
