Simply clean your curb and apply the decal to the dry concrete.

Step 1: Wipe curb with a slightly damp rag to remove surface dirt.
Step 2 (recommended but optional): Spray a light coat of spray adhesive onto the curb (such as Gorilla brand found here on Amazon). No waiting time necessary before going to next step.
Step 3: Remove the white paper liner from the decal being sure the decal does not stick to itself.
Step 4: With BOTH hands, place your decal onto desired location and apply pressure, especially to the edges. You're done!
